DEEP C’s journey in Vietnam began in 1997, through a strategic partnership between Belgian investor Rent-A-Port and the Hai Phong People’s Committee, with the development of Dinh Vu Industrial Zone (DEEP C Hai Phong 1). Building on this foundation, DEEP C has expanded to five industrial parks, managing a total area of 3,400 hectares across Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh Province, the fastest-growing region in the North of Vietnam.

DEEP C Hai Phong 1 selected to join Eco-Industrial Park program by Ministry of Finance and UNIDO. Groundbreaking of DEEP C Farm.

Launching the integration of renewable energy (wind turbine, rooftop solar panels) and DEEP C Farm.
2022
Launching Resource Efficiency and Cleaner Production (RECP) Program for optimal water and energy use among clients.
2024
Inauguration of the LEED-Gold Service & Office Complex in DEEP C Quang Ninh 2.
2012
Inauguration of Dinh Vu Liquid Jetty 20,000 DWT. Inauguration of ISO certified Wastewater Treatment Plant in DEEP C Hai Phong 1
2014
Start-up of Underground Power Distribution Network. Investment certificate granted for DEEP C Quang Ninh 1.
2015
Rebranding to DEEP C Industrial Zones.
2016
Opening of DEEP C Rental Workshop & Warehouse. Investment certificate granted for DEEP C Quang Ninh 2.

Groundbreaking of DEEP C Hai Phong 3. Official opening of DEEP C Hai Phong 2.

Inauguration of the first road enhanced by plastic waste in Vietnam.

First ship calling at Dinh Vu Liquid Jetty.

Groundbreaking of 20,000 DWT Liquid Jetty.

Investment license granted for second phase of Dinh Vu Industrial Zone (DEEP C Haiphong II).
1997
Dinh Vu Industrial Zone (DEEP C Hai Phong 1) was established through a collaborative partnership between AIG, DEEP C Holdings, the Belgian Government, and Haiphong authorities.
1998
Signing Land Lease Contract with the first clients.
