STEP 1 Signing a land reservation agreement between Investor and DEEP C entity
STEP 2 Applying for Investment Registration Certificate (for project establishment)
STEP 3 Applying for Enterprise Registration Certificate (if required) (for Investor’s Vietnamese entity establishment to implement project)
STEP 4 Signing a land lease contract between Investor’s Vietnamese entity and DEEP C entity
STEP 5 Handing over construction-ready levelled land
STEP 6 Licensing for carrying out construction: licenses related to firefighting, environmental protection, construction, and other purposes (if required).
STEP 7 Licensing for operation: Construction Completion Permit, Environmental License, and others for operation (if required).
