Economic zone tax incentives
While the overall CIT rate is 20%, projects in DEEP C Quang Ninh 1 will enjoy the following benefits, unconditional regardless of industry, investment capital, or employment.
- 100% exemption for 4 years commencing from the year of making profit.
- 50% reduction of the applicable rate for the subsequent 9 years.
- Privileged CIT rate of 10% for the first 15 years of commercial operation.
- Maximum delay up to 3 years of the tax package if no profit is generated after the start of commercial activities.
